Dr. Chemparathy has been my family doctor for 11 plus years and I've never had a problem with him or his care.

Absolutely ridiculous, this person fails to have any common sense, manners and seriously question how he has any qualification to practice. Upon visit, receptionist did not bother even to check temperature - we have 2 little sick kids. My Wife and are both there, we are taken to the room. Mr Chemparathy walks in, and now is worried as there are too many people and he is uncomfortable. Really! what a joke! Did he ask if we are both vaccinated? No, and 2 little sick kids ----I'm so afraid. I have seen more people behind me in the Tim Hortons line up..... We are both vaccinated and do not appreciate the tone taken, here to support our small children as well. If they have such a policy do not bring all 4 people to the same room....how bout that. Also do not be a condescending a$$ to your patients. You have a computer system where by you know who the patient is - pretending to not know or bother looking at the past visit (3 1/2 weeks ago) is absolutely insane. Additionally, he indicates my daughter (who has the worst barking cough of the two of them) is perfectly normal, and prescribe back to back antibiotic for a viral infection....unreal. Man, you are supposedly a Doctor - you should know much better about all of this. Don't waste your time. This visit just cost the clinic 4 patients - while he is not our family doctor another in there is...however with their ridiculous covid protocols that they overbear with - forget it.

Had to bring my three kids into the after hours clinic in person to get an appointment, but when we arrived we were told to leave because one of them had covid symptoms BUT HAD ALREADY HAD A NEGATIVE TEST. Would be happy to have done a phone call but it's an after hours clinic with no phone service so we had to come in or not get seen. (it's a Saturday). Eventually we were allowed in, after many other people had arrived and been seen ahead of us. Then they insisted on seeing each of my kids separately, which would be fine except that they saw other patients in between each of them who had arrived well after us, so it took FOREVER. They are young girls with identical symptoms for heavens sake. Why should they have to wait for people who arrived after them to be seen just because the doctor won't let them in the room with their sister???

I love my doctor in this clinic (Dr Simpson) but I'm disgusted with the lack of care and honestly ridiculous administrative processes that we were forced to ensure today.

Ha is very rude and sarcastic. I asked him to refer me to a specialist hoping she or he can fix my health issue (infertility) with a procedure. He’s unsweetened was ‘I don’t know where you’re from but here in Canada we don’t do such things’. I than changed family doctors, my new doctor did send the referral to a wonderful obstetrician who did what ‘Dr’ Chemparath denied from me. I was very disappointed and felt hurt. I would never go back and seek for his help.

They desperately need a new phone system. I get a busy signal far too often. Eventually I give up trying, and find it is the end of the day and I haven't managed to book an appointment! Grrr. When the call is finally answered, you are put on hold FOREVER. Just the act of getting through to a live person to book an appointment can take 30 mins! Otherwise, once I'm in the office, all is good. The doctor never leaves me waiting for more than 2 mins. He's personable and knows his stuff. And the staff in that office are top notch. Very pleasant group! By the way I've been on hold the entire time that I wrote this comment.

Dr Joseph Chemparathy is a most empathetic Dr. I'd fallen and injured my back and he was extremely sympathetic and helpful. He's been attending my husband, son and me for years and we don't have a negative thing to say about him. He's professional, thorough, knowledgable and so kind.

Kind, helpful and thorough. I'm very happy with Dr. Chemparathy's care, and he seems to have a good reputation within the local medical community, too.
