I have always been happy coming here. Both my daughter and I see the doctors at walk-in when we can't get in to our family doctor. I find the staff to be just fine; not rude at all as some state. They are efficient and helpful. As for Dr. Shareef, I found her to be kind and friendly, she listened and took her time to think of what might be causing my terrible pain even going so far as to recommend blood work. I would be happy to see her again.

Disgusting, took away record NOT issued by this clinic, showing them only for reference. Makes me wonder if they are scamming fees

This was somehow my family doctor despite never actually meeting her because she was never available and always cancelled. No time for her patients it seems, always on month or longer random leaves. I wish I found someone else earlier. Beware. Office staff are also the rudest people I have ever seen, and I commute in and out of Toronto each day. So that is saying a lot!!

When available she is very knowledgeable (though she has very few hours shes in the clinic), but she also gives inappropriate advice sometimes. I had a minor shoulder injury as a result of a mis-administered vaccine, and she told me to not pick my baby up for 3 months to heal which was completely unrealistic and felt like useless advice; I was able to heal with physiotherapy and still be able to pick my baby up. My biggest complaint at the Postmaster Medical Clinic is that the staff are incredibly rude, and not private about conversations you have to have at the desk, and it takes me several days to get a hold of the office because no one ever picks up the phone.

Dr Shareef has been my GP for for past few years, she is very professional and does everything she can to help. as someone mentioned you need time to get to know her. Although she may seem like she is rushing her appointments, when you need her most, she will do everything she can to help. she is amazing and has helped me through a very rough time in the past year . the staff is mixed, some very helpful, some are rude..

Dr. Raghad Shareef is my adult daughter's doctor. My daughter was very sick and she was extremely supportive besides being a great professional medical doctor. She deserves 5 stars.

This Doctor is terrible and she needs to lose her license.

I am a fat woman. I used to see Dr. Shareef and she told me after getting my bloodwork done that I had liver disease. I was stunned - I was in my 30's and I don't drink. I asked if I was dying, and her response was that if she were me, she'd be tying up loose ends. I was devastated. I had such bad anxiety, thinking I was dying, I quit my job and fell into a deep depression.

I was watching the movie "Supersize Me," in which a man eats nothing but McDonalds for 30 days, and they showed his bloodwork from when he was healthy. I noticed his liver levels weren't that much lower than mine. I thought that was strange, but chalked it up to the levels being on a small scale. Then they showed his liver levels after the 30 days of McDs, when he had the same liver disease I had, and his liver levels were INSANELY higher than mine. I wanted a second opinion after seeing that.

I went to another Doctor and she tested me - she said my liver levels were normal for someone my weight and no, I wasn't dying, my liver levels were just slightly elevated and more than likely it was due to my insulin resistance. Turns out Dr. Shareef was lying to me to try to force me to lose weight. She cost me a job that I loved and months of grief and worry.

As you can see, she has no integrity and has no problem bending the truth to get you to do what she wants. She never explicitly told me I was dying; she just implied it. She absolutely should NOT be trusted, especially not with your health and with your life. Please consider this if you're thinking of making her your Doctor.

Unprofessional and rude. She does not care about the patient. She wants to take advantage of her job and moves on. She is not honest.
