I have been going here for years. I don’t find any issues with the front desk people like many have said in other reviews. I have definitely experienced secretaries that hardly look at you and seem less than enthused to be there, which doesn’t bother me unless they are rude. I see a female family doctor there and she has been my doctor for half of my life now. She is really great, sweet and funny, although I will admit that she can be a tad judgemental toward things such as suggestions of slight change of dose of medication or anything like that. When it comes to women’s health specifically, she is wonderful and thorough and cares. If you shop in the pharmacy there, be aware that a lot of products are expired. Always check the dates. If you want to buy it anyway when it’s expired, they will give you a discount. The pharmacy is extremely slow to fill medication, so I don’t get it filled there. My absolute number one complaint is the lack of anybody ever answering the phone. I have even tried to email the email address provided on their informational voicemail and sit It bounces back. Currently trying to get a hold of them for two days. Very clean and updated inside.

Complete confusion with the front desk staff, as well as speaking rudely to patients. Rushed my daughter out of exam room into waiting room 3 times and no follow up conversation after receiving life changing news.

Unethical behaviour by the staff when they skip the line to accommodate a doctor’s family member with complete disregard of those of us waiting for hours. No place to leave a review/note for management in the office.

This location has gone so downhill in the last few years. The receptionists are by far the rudest staff I have ever come across. They are judgemental, give conflicting information and are mean. They make no effort to keep your desk conversations private. Also, no one ever picks up the phone. It has taken me days to get through. The wait time is also very long. I do not recommend it.

I do not understand how doctors can refuse to see patience in person. I had to find a new family doctor because they refused to do my kid’s annual check up in person - how can you hear a heart beat or check lungs and chest if it’s over the phone!? And the worst is the doctors would charge for those useless over the phone appointments. This is a waste of taxpayers money.

Horrible clinic, rude staff, dumb doctors. Horrible wait times. Staff left the check in table for an hour with a sign saying "be back soon", long queue was waiting for the admin staff to get back.... Doctors are pretty bad too, you can tell they don't know what they are doing. Don't come here

Clinic sucks. My doctor is there. Needed prescription renewal and they close at 8PM. I called at 7:15 and they said the doors are closed so they can finish at eight. Told me to go to walkers and Dundas. They don’t care about their patients. I’m travelling tomorrow and need my prescription refilled. They want $35 to renew the prescription over the phone.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. They make the claim online that the office hours are till 6.pm. I arrived at 5:30 only to find the place closed. When I knocked on the door someone finally answered...I was told there were patients inside in the waiting rooms with the doctor, and therefore the time would run until after 6. It was not until I went online did I find out that the person who made this claim was actually the Doctor herself. It was Dr Daya! Rather than look after a sick patient standing in the cold, she lied. Not not only am I upset, it truly rings true that regardless of ones profession, character and ones morals can not be found inside a textbook!

Honestly some of the doctors may be of value as well as the nurses but the front staff and the way the office management is run is awful. Stay far away from this clinic. Doctors leave constantly and new doctors come and leave again. Not a stable office and there is clearly some underlying issues with the way it is run. The reception staff is absolutely awful. I dread having to talk to them and deal with their horrible attitude and poor service. You feel as though you are the biggest bother to them and the you are burdening them to even book an appointment. They have decided to charge to send files out even though it was their doctor who left the office, noting choice to have to honour and find a new doctor. I am very frustrated that they treat their patients so poorly. Love the nursing staff.
