Does not listen...his staff rude..,and impossible to get through to

He was a wonderful doctor in the beginning when he first came to Fort Erie he was very helpful as the years gone by he's done less and less for me and if you're a woman in your 50s and you lose all sexual desire well he will simply do absolutely nothing for you other than to say you're getting older, what an excuse, so tired of hearing it,he doesn't ask you questions about the problems you're having, he certainly doesn't check for underlying illnesses or side effects from medication that could cause this to happen he does nothing other than to say well you know you're getting older. time to get a new doctor

Amazing doc! He really cares about his people. Sat down and took the extra time to talk and explain my illness. I'm very happy with Dr. Marchi.

Our family is very happy with Dr. Marchi care. He does home care which is unheard of these days. I always tell everyone I talk to how lucky we are to have him as our doc.

Awesome doctor! Friendly and funny as heck and really enjoy seeing him....and I loathe doctors offices.

I hold this doctor partially responsible for my husband's death. He knew my husband had Hep C and when his blood levels came back he said I think he has leukemia. He never checked his chart to see that my husband had Hep C but instead ordered more bloodwork. He procrastinated in sending gim to a specialist. That soecialist said it wasn't too serious. The whole Niagara Health system is filled with incompetent doctors. In further comment when I took him to the Hamilton Juravinski hospital in an emergency the internal medicine doctor said he needed a liver transplant
When I told Dr. Marchi this he said we should seek more opinions since he didn't want to take one doctor's opinion. Again he couldn't have looked at his chart where we had stated at the beginning of using him as a doctor. My husband continued to deteriorate and eventually died.

It is absolutely radiculous that this individual even has a right to practice medicine.
Not interested in listening to his patience concerns, walks out as I’m talking to him and disregarding every and any concerns I have.
I came to him as my previous dr has retired.

I have been on a prescribed narcotic by Dr marchi for 10 years and he cut me off cold turkey from a narcotic that was not abused whatsoever a matter of fact I asked him to lower my dose and he allowed me to go through severe withdrawals

I don't like that the staff is included in a rating of the doctor. I rated the staff as "OK" but would rate them lower if it didn't impact the rating for Dr Marchi. Also Punctuality...too many things are involved in this to be part of a Doctor's rating. They are not necessarily responsible for the wait-times. That said. I am extremely happy with Dr Marchi. He listens, he treats me with respect. We discuss my conditions and find solutions.

He’s the best, most caring and open minded doctor I’ve ever had. I started off as his patient a couple years back when I lived in fort Erie, and I’ve since moved and drive a half hour to appointments with him because he’s worth it! His always spent time with myself and my wife and is very thorough; always rules out all possibilities. I have taken charge of my health and know what a good dr really is thanks to Dr. Marchi! He has helped me with a number of issues including alternative medicine and mental illnesses. He seems to know what to do for any issue I’ve approached him with in the 2 or more years I’ve had the privilege of having him as me G.P. only downside. Is the wait is long sometimes but that only reflects his thoroughness!
