I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon for many years. He is an exceptional practitioner. He has always been very thorough and supportive with the middle ear issues I have had most of my adult life. He has two wonderful ladies who assist him with his practice. They are always helpful, supportive and kind around accounts, appointments or booking a hospital stay. Being on time is not one of his strong points but it so worth the wait. If you need an ENT, go see Dr. Gordon

Absolutely terrible experience with appointment to see M. Gordon. (in melbourne)
Waited 1.15 hours despite morning appointment...after inquiring with receptionist, I was simply told i should have expected that long a wait. She then recommend i have a $150 hearing test before my appointment to save me having it after - I said 'what if i dont need a hearing test?' - she said 'you probably will'. Stay away.

Not in Bundaberg - Melbourne ? Waited over 1 hour for a 5 minute /$190 appointment where he was abrupt and dismissive to my extremely fragile daughter. Didn't go back.

Could not fix my sinus problem. Intimidating and dismissive and denied I had a problem. Didn`t seem to care. The staff however were lovely.

My experience with the doctor was great, not with his staff. They kept messing up my appointments and added to the cost of the surgery. In terms of money matters, dealing with the doctor has been a great headache. I would have chosen to go with another doctor than Mr. Gordon if I knew this before.

Anyhow, I think his work is reasonably good.

Dr Gordon was lovely to me .He was very kind and helpful.He fixed my nose and I love the shape .I can breath very well through my nose which was blocked before.His fees are cheaper than the plastic surgeons I went to .I would highly recommend doctor Gordon

Dr Michael Gordon has been my Ear and Nose doctor for 11 years, at all times throughout my visits to his clinic, I have been helped and looked after by his great staff. Michael Gordon has always given me the absolute best advice and information. After deliberating whether to have surgery on my nose for many years, I finally made the decision to have Rhinoplasty and septoplasty. my surgery was such a success, my nose is so straight now, and my nasal passages are so clear, that I can actually breath through both nostrils unimpeded. I've had these nose problems previously for many years, but Dr.Gordon never coerced or rushed me to have the procedure until I was perfectly ready to go ahead with surgery, and for this I totally respect him as a practitioner and a human being, after surgery his after care exceeded my expectations making sure I had recovered and offering his help at any time. I can recommend Dr.Gordon, his work shows that he is a technician and at the top of his field!
