unprofessional and sneaky. just a money grab. don’t care about the patients. makes mistakes and argues and overcharges. the worst dentist i’ve ever encountered.

Just went there yesterday. Even though dental hygienist are good, Doctor M. is the biggest scammer I have ever met. When done with my x-ray thr dental hygiesnist told me there is no cavities. Then, this guy came in and told me I have 7 cavities. Not even once in my life I had 7 cavities. I got suspicious and googled his name. Testimonies like mine came up. DO NOT TRUST HIM ! GO AWAY FROM HIS PRACTICE !

My story dates back a couple of years. I was a client of the previous dentist, Dr. Cam Brothers, who was great. When Dr. M took over, he immediately went into selling mode. He tried to sell me preventative fillings (get a filling now, so you won't need one later. Huh?!), Invisalign, gum laser surgery, teeth whitening. I said no to all. Then, during a checkup, he "found" a tiny cavity one one of my front teeth. I booked an appointment for a filling. When I went for the filling, another dentist attended. He told me there was no cavity, that I didn't need a filling, and he apologized for wasting my time. I lost faith in Dr. M, and have since moved on to another dentist, who has also not "found" that "cavity". Nor has he recommended Invisalign, laser gum surgery, or preventative fillings. He did, though, agree that I could use teeth whitening, but being a new patient, he comped it.

Dr. M said I needed a filling to be replaced so I booked an appointment. When I went in for my appointment, another new dentist said that I didn’t need to replace the filing. It was a waste of my time! Even though I have been going to this dentist for more than 10 years, I no longer trust that they will do work that is absolutely necessary. Also there appears to be a high turnover of associate dentists which is a red flag.

I have been seeing this dentist for several years, and each year has left me feeling more and more suspicious. Dr. Cam Brothers was great, and Dr. M. is very friendly. However, he tried to do sealants TWICE on my son (my fault for not paying attention; the insurance company caught the issue, though) and now we're hearing all about preventive BS fillings. I did let this dentist do my first fillings EVER, at 40+ years of age, and he did a terrible job. Lots of nerve pain for months after. Now I've been told the fillings have "chipped" and I have a "pinhole" that needs filling. Going to cancel. This "pinhole" was found with the naked eye, so I call BS. I'm sick that I let this man do fillings on my kids. No more. We are done. Staff turnover is high; red flag.

He is an incompetent dentist. Does not know what he is doing, doesn’t protect your mouth when doing dental work… My filling caused me more toothache after his treatment than before. He insisted there was nothing wrong. I had to see another dentist to get it fixed properly. Avoid this dentist at all costs.

Really liked previous dentist (Cam Brothers), and not sure why I kept going once Dr. M took over... While he is a nice person, I have had nothing but bad experiences with his work. Crowns that failed multiple times, causing lots of pain. They kept suggesting that I redo fillings, even though these fillings were not old. My mouthy is in worse shape now than ever, it seems after every appointment there is a new issue... overall I'm disappointed in the quality of work done, and have now booked elsewhere to have the situation corrected.
