I went in to see her twice with the same symptoms. She ignored the symptoms even though I knew this was more than a pulled muscle. She gave me muscle relaxers and a steroid and sent me on my way. After almost 2 months I ended up in the ER in emergency surgery having my gall bladder taken out and had to be admitted to the hospital. The ER doctors and nurses told me my symptoms were classic gall bladder symptoms and should have been investigated further. I'm not a doctor or a nurse but I also know my body. She should do a better job of listening to her patients.

Dr Ball takes the time to listen and works with you to diagnose and treat her patients. She's great with adolescents and adult. The entire family is seeing her. She genuinely cares.
