Joshua has terrible bedside manner. Does NOT show a shred of compassion or care. He was incredibly rude, condescending and arrogant. Not the way to treat any human in an emergency room. Hugely disappointed. Must have been punishment for not having insurance. Seriously, very disgusted by his lack of appropriate manners and tact. I'll never come back to this hospital, nor will I EVER pass a good referral. One resident ruined it for all. Too
