I love Dr. Finamore. Not only is she a great dermatologist, but she is very compassionate and caring. She made me feel so comfortable. And although I am terribly afraid of needles, she made the process so easy. The staff in her office is very efficient and friendly as well. I would recommend her to anyone. She is great.

I think Dr. Finamore is a competent doctor. She is very careing and accurately diagnosed me. However, in my opinion she is far too agressive. She wants a lot of bloodwork and biopsies every little thing all of which turned out to be nothing. It causes a lot of unnecessary expense and anxiety.Maybe she is trying to run up the charges. Maybe she is super careful. Either way, I would not go back. Dr Ciatti at the same practive is much more practical.
