I was referred to Dr. Ciatti by my primary care Doctor for a growth on my nose. I was first seen by Allison- a P.A. who took a small sample. She was confident it was a basal cell carcinoma so she made an appt. on the spot to get me on the calendar. Sure enough that is what is was. The facility is a stately home in Westfield converted to a state-of-the-art medical/surgery center. The staff treated me like I was a family member. I met Dr. Ciatti in the surgery center. He was very friendly and personable and explained the procedure so it was very clear what was going to happen. It went perfectly and I could see why my own Doctor told me Dr. Ciatti was the master of MOHS.

I am writing this a month after surgery and you can't tell where the incision was. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Went to him on a referral from my dermotologist. He could do Mohs and I could avoid plastic surgery. A butcher. I now have 3 large bumps on my forehead in the perfect shape of a triangle. People constantly ask me if I got hit in the head with a pipe. STAY AWAY from this poor excuse for a doctor. I know many Docs and all he cares about is the $$$$$$$. Races in and races out. Seriously considering law suit after reading all of his negative reviews. WHAT A MISTAKE !!!! License should be yanked from this BUTCHER>>>>>

The man ruined 5 years of my life. Wrenched a so called "skin tag" {rip chord)from its socket and took it absolutely hog wild . Used it to tether the other side of my face. Upside down. I honestly don't know if any of you can imagine the torture of unforgiving facial muscles. Lets hope you never have to find. out. Cried myself to sleep nightly. I'm a grown man. Lawyer. Sue me, little man....I'll thoroughly enjoy discovery.I would never in a million years do this if I didn't feel absolute firm conviction.

Never gave any warning before injections given nor any explanation of what he was doing as he proceeded. He said that some patients don't want to know what's going on. Shouldn't assume.

Absolutely the best. Extremely skilled & knowledgeable, kind & compassionate. He removed a basal cell cancer from my face that was in an awful spot: the side of my nose just about into the inner corner of my eye. I was a wretched ball of anxiety & Dr. Ciatti was extremely patient & comforting. Excellent staff, very clean & comfortable surgical suite. Dr. Ciatti is your guy for Mohs, his credentials are incredible.
