Dr. Lorette Kassis is knowledgeable and helpful. Her husband, Tony Kassis, is rude, disrespectful and the clinic would be best to have him concentrate on his real estate business that he constituently promotes.
Appointments are typically never respected; always assume a 1hr wait despite an appointment.

Dr. Kassis, is one of the best Doctors I’ve been with. She is very thorough with every visit. My family are all very happy to have her. She is very caring and is always available. Her staff is very efficient and kind. 100% satisfied

Dr. Kassis was my family doctor for years and I have had so many bad experiences with her clinic. Ridiculous wait times, even with an appointment. I would watch walk-in patients who arrived after me being treated right away while I sat in the lobby past my appointment time. I constantly had to hound the administrative staff for requisitions and referrals that they "forgot about". I left a negative Google review after my umpteenth neglectful experience with their clinic and then they decided to harass me with constant phone calls, all of a sudden apologetic for the way my appointments had been handled. You can't grovel your way out of losing your patient's trust after years of negligence!

Rush rush rush! I get a tummy ache as she makes me anxious because she rushes. I forget to tell her things too. She quickly prescribes something but doesn't explain the side effects. The pharmacist did but I did not want this drug. He said go back and ask for alternative ones and was more helpful than the doctor. I can't wait to find another doctor.

Left a while ago not only because of this doctor who was below average but because of a receptionist named Maria. Found her to be lacking professionalism and was acting on your best interest.

She's always running late. I had a phone appointment that I waited for 2 hours and she asked me to come to the clinic the next morning, the next day the system was down but she said she would follow up by phone the next week. I waited the whole day and she never called, I called the office they said there was no appointment book but they would talk to her, again nothing. Next morning I called and was told she would call be back, once again I waited the whole day for her phone call that lasted last than 5 minutes.
She's always on a rush, doesn't give you time to explain what you're feeling and keeps interrupting me.

After years of trying to find a good family doctor I finally found Dr Kassis four years ago. She has helped me greatly through my pregnancy and referred me to a great obstetrician too. She is calm, friendly and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but great experiences. She cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. I couldn’t be happier and don’t think there would be a better doctor out there. Big thank you Dr Kassis !!
