Poor care. Always have to wait, sometimes more than an hour. Kept waiting in care rooms due to staff being overworked and trying to take care of too many people at once. Care rushed when lots of patients. Seemed like too many people booked at same time. Staff irritable because of rushing around and attitude of head therapist who seemed to have a bad day everyday. She spent little time with you usually, sometimes in and out. Had to wait on turn to use equipment since they only have a couple pieces. Since same people work in there Inverness office, probably wouldn't recommend that one either. They split the day between the two places. Based on services recieved at other facilities before and since, wouldn't recommend.
