He's a Quack!!! Don't go see him because nothing will get accomplished!!! He had to turn his Liscense in to Pennsylvania!!!! WHY???????????

Incompetent, unknowledgeable pain management physician. Needs more education.

I had been on pain management for well diagnosed chronic pain related to serious neck problems in another part of the state for 13 years when I moved to this doctor's area. He cut my pain medication nearly in half refusing to pay any attention to my previous physician's prescriptive history. His office staff is friendly and professional and there is rarely or never a wait for one's appointment time. However, the physician's prescribing is EXTREMELY conservative and even with GREAT evidence to the contrary, he refuses to adequately manage severe chronic pain. (Note: upon moving back across state and seeing my 3rd and 4th pain management physicians in (now) 16 years, both of these doctors have re-established my former level of pain management which was considerably UNDER managed by Dr. Angirekula.

this man accused me of "pill shopping"....after R/Xs were returned by post office and returned to his office...he denied saying, i could take them to another pharmacy to "double up"..told him i felt insulted..He became very irritated and told me to get the hell out..called me a a "idiot"...Put me on Metadone without discussing the dangers of taking that drug...i can go on and on...Proceed with caution if you go to this "doctor"?...............
