Been going to PT for years, worst experience ever. Appt times not met, 45-60 mins waiting time on regular basis. Shortened treatment sessions but charged full price, some days treatments longer, others shorter,same charge. Seemed like session length depended on number of people waiting to be seen. Usually treated primarily by semi-trained asst (not therapist), seen by therapist for maybe 5-10 minutes at most. At one point, had a student who wanted to be a therapist treating me, unsupervised. When questioned, staff gets very defensive. So called massage therapy may be 5-10 mins; same price as 30 min treatment at other locations. Patients overbooked (multiple people booked for same appt time) causing additional waiting time and often leaving you waiting in a treatment room, your timer expired. Usually 2 workers covering 3 rooms, workout area, patients on heat/ice wraps. Small facility with very limited resources for rehab programs (1 bike/treadmill). Staff very rude. Do NOT recommend.
