Please do not go to this doctor. Is she rude and arrogant. The staff isn’t great either. You’ve been warned.

Steer clear of this doctor she is extremely rude and so is her staff. She could care less about you and is so miserable every time I see her she’s extremely cold and doesn’t really have any empathy. She only allows one concern per visit and will abruptly tell you to stop if you keep babbling or mention more than one. I’ve literally never dealt with a doctor this bad. She also seems very inexperienced.

All the staff here excluding 1 middle aged woman are completely rude and useless in their job. I witnessed one yelling at a senior to move up to the window faster. (Yes I said something at the time to the heartless receptionist) Dr. Cohen herself seems to be extremely intelligent, however she is also rude, and arrogant. After giving her many chances and trying to work with her personality abnormalities over the course of several years; I was telling her about some medical struggles I was having she asked me in a rude tone "well what do you want me to do about it?" I told her I expected her to do her job. I walked out the office and dropped her as a doctor and found a much better one. I do not reccomend this doctor or office at all.

I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for many years and she has consistently been a wonderful physician. She is thorough with her investigations and will take enough time to fully understand your concern. She always provides information about your treatment options and is willing to work collaboratively with her patients to ensure you are comfortable with your treatment. I would highly recommend her as a GP!

One of the worst doctors. Arrogant. Not experienced. Staff is rude. And Rebecca does not care. Do not waste your time. She needs to humble herself

I saw Dr. Cohen at her walk in clinic. Having never met before, she is a real gem who has that unique ability to delicately balance getting to know you, getting to know your problem and trying to help in such a short time. What a caring and knowledgable Doctor.

I find Dr Rebecca Cohen to be a very good doctor. She listened to me, ordered extensive tests and referrals (including agreeing to refer to MY choice for a specialist) and phoned me several times to give me results over the phone or to discuss next steps. Sure, she's very busy and has to keep to 15 minutes per patient but so does every other doctor in the GTA area.

Ignorant, rude, and she does not care about your health. She has no interpersonal skills at all. Sad to see since she seems young. I think she’s done being a doctor and obviously has no passion to cure people. She hates her job.

Dr. Rebecca Cohen is a wonderful doctor! She was concerned about a few things, gave me referrals and called me right away with my test results at home several hours later. Would highly recommend her. I don't understand ANY of the negative comments below.

She is the most unprofessional doctor with limited knowledge. She is cold and shows that doesn't care about what you have to say or ask. Absolutely UNFIT to be a doctor!
