Dr. Cohen and her staff are incredibly unprofessional and lacking in empathy. Her definition of empathy is to read off 15 questions before diagnosing depression and assigning meds. She explained the side effects of the medication as if she was reading it off the side of the box. I'd describe my interactions with her as sterile at best – ZERO empathy and NEGATIVE bedside manner. No follow up. When I finally was able to come in for my appointment, there was a mix up with appointments and she refused to see me for 5 minutes to give me my test results or to provide a referral for help that I needed. She was 30 minutes late for my first appointment and *2 HOURS* late for the next. She claims she wants to work with you but what she really means is she will do things her way, on her schedule, in the order that she wants to talk about things. She is incredibly arrogant, and it is more important for her to be right and passive aggressively correct you in her defense rather than actually acknowledging how things could have been done better. Very disappointing and I wish there was something that I could do to prevent others from wasting their time.

Dr. Cohen is great, she takes her time with us and our kids. These reviews below stating that she is rude, impatient and arrogant are very surprising to me. She's been our doctor for years and we are very happy with her.

Worst doctor ever! She should have her license revoked. Zero empathy and does not care about her patients. Overall a horrible human being.

Always kept waiting. Has no empathy and is very impatient. Lacks knowledge of meds and basic bedside manner skills. I wouldn't recommend her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cohen since the early 2000’s. She has been amazing, caring and thorough. I trust her completely and hope I will have her as my family doctor for many many years to come.

She was kind and always takes the time to listen to her patients and goes above and beyond for them! She was able to deliver both my babies and is now their GP. We love her!!

Worse doctor I ever encountered...she has no empathy, zero emotional intelligence and no patience to listen to her patients. She is very rude and frankly she needs to work on her arrogant behaviour. She has no knowledge and interpersonal skills. Anyone can google and find out the symptoms and treatments from Webmd. We pay for our healthcare, and want a knowledgeable and skilled doctor. Not a useless doctor like her!

I was privileged enough to have Dr.R.Cohen deliver my baby during Covid. Although my case was not a simple, one due to certain factors. Dr.Cohen was impeccable in her decisions under stress i e ChindBirth.....and she has a level of skill set and knowledge like no other Doctor I have ever known, she knows her stuff and carrys herself well . I also found her to be warm and compassionate. I wanted to leave this review because I dont understand peoples negativity, and wanted to flip the coin so to speak.

Dr Cohen has been a great doctor for me, I've had a few different health issues over the year I've had her as a Doctor, and she listens to my concerns and investigates them thoroughly. She has a limited time to speak to her patients, but since I go into my appointments knowing what I need to talk about, I've never had a problem.
