Biography
Dr. Golpira is a graduate from UBC with a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in 2006 and Doctorate in Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D) in 2010. After graduation, Dr. Golpira has worked in areas of Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Burnaby, and Langley. She loves meeting new patients and building long term relationships with them. She cares for all of her patients and their well-being, and she treats them like family. Dr. Golpira prides herself in providing gentle and compassionate dental care in an anxiety-free environment for all members of families, from kids to elderly. She takes the time with her patients, educating them, answering their questions, and consulting them for best affordable dental treatment, which is exclusive to each patient. She truly enjoys dentistry whether it is relieving one’s pain or creating an artistically beautiful natural-looking smile. She, in particular, loves kids and enjoys treating them with a gentle and personal touch. Dentistry is an ever changing field. Dr. Golpira’s philosophy is practicing quality dentistry utilizing the most advanced technology, techniques, and material. She has built Lougheed Family Dental based on this belief with cutting edge technology. She strives to make every dental visit a pleasant experience for her patients. She believes in keeping her dental knowledge up to date and enhancing her skills through ongoing continuing education courses. She has extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry, including orthodontics (braces and invisalign), implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments, dental surgeries, complex composite restorative dentistry (aesthetic white fillings), bonding, prosthodontics (crowns and bridges), and botox cosmetics, to name a few. She is a member of Oral implantology study club, FORCE International Orthodontics study club, Canadian Dental Association, British Columbia Dental Association, College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, Pacific training Institute for Facial Aesthetics, and Aligntech Institute. Dr. Golpira is happily married and when not in the office, she is doing some sort of outdoor activity. She can be found biking, skiing slopes of Whistler, or hiking numerous beautiful trails of BC with her husband.
