Dr. Goulet and FIH staff are Amazing! I am currently pregnant and they made our dreams come true! We will always remember Dr. Goulet. My kids really liked her and wanted to come back to her office to see Dr. Goulet again after I graduated IVF. Words can’t express how much I appreciate her. I cant' wait to meet my miracle. I would totally recommend her to anyone who is having difficulty TTC.

My husband and I are really glad to choose this clinic and we really appreciate how Dr. Goulet took care of me. She listened to me really patiently, and the most important thing was always made me comfortable. It was really great experience to go through IVF, but the same time it was definitely a hard experience too. However, she understood my feelings, situations, and concerns. She didn’t mind to answer all my questions with good vibes. We’re also thankful for my coordinator Michiko. I’m Japanese and I was really worried before I started because my language barrier. I didn’t know there are some Japanese coordinators, so it made me so comfortable to start my fertility treatment. Over all, we are really happy about our time with them and there is not enough words to describe how we appreciate them. Thank you so much,

I was nervous about the entire IVF experience but Dr Goulet and Nurse Jenna always eased my mind and helped me and my family throughout this entire process. Dr. Goulet and Taylor D (IVF coordinator) were amazing! I loved going through my fertility journey with them. They were always there for me when I had a question. I can now say I’m happily pregnant and expecting a baby girl in January!

Dr. Goulet is everything a person might hope to find in their doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and diligent but also warm, supportive, and trustworthy. If she were on the Big Island as I am, I would absolutely continue to seek treatment from her. As a high risk patient, Dr. Goulet appropriately handled me with "kid gloves" while also allowing me the autonomy to make my own decisions regarding my care. I never felt judged by my feelings or decisions. Instead, I felt Dr. Goulet sincerely cared for my well being. She kept me well informed on my treatment and test results, frequently spending extra time with me to answer my questions and make me feel supported. Even after my care with Dr. Goulet was "officially" over, she continued to make phone calls on my behalf and follow up with me. This is very much appreciated as a high risk patient but also on an emotional level.

Dr. Goulet was a joy to work with! She was kind, patient, and very informative about the tests I needed to complete and the results of those tests thereafter. She also made sure to always ask if I had questions and addressed any concerns that I had. And if I didn’t have questions she always let me know that if I did I could send questions/concerns thru Klara. Dr. Goulet definitely eased my worries about this whole process.

Dr.Goulet and all the staff are great. It’s always been so comforting and such a good experience. Dr.Goulet is the greatest. She’s so understanding and knowledgeable. If you had any questions or needed anything she always made sure to let you know she is there for you. It has been a great journey with the fertility Institue of hawaii and would recommend them 100%. Everyone is so nice and caring. Scheduling is easy and great.
