My experience was beyond horrible. The only people in the office who were decent, respectful and courteous were his PA and a Resident who was working with him for a brief time. They were usually the ones I saw post-op anyway. Rarely saw Dr. N. Infection post-op was not treated properly, hence spent 3 days on IV antibiotics in hospital with infectious disease consult and 30 days on oral antibiotics. Then had thrush from that and had to see yet another doctor for treatment. Long story short, 6 months out - PT has seen no further improvement, seeing another Doctor and may need further surgery. Always in pain, lumps on balls of feet, cannot bend toes. I went to Dr. N for MINOR Morton's neuroma removal on both feet. I am now in worse pain than prior to surgery.

Dr. Nadaud is fantastic! I really can't say enough good things about him. I saw him for an issue I was having with my foot. He started me on a treatment plan that he explained thoroughly, and also made sure I was comfortable with. He has great bedside manner and always spent a good amount of time with me. I never felt rushed and always felt he respected my time. His staff and nurses were also great. I recommend Dr. Nadaud to everyone I know!

They have poor communication between staff, physicians and patients are horrible. You call leave a message no one ever calls you back. I had surgery informed the physician that payment will come directly from attorney Dr. Naduad was okay with this. The billing department sent me to collections and charged me additional fees. Then when I asked them if they spoke with the physician supervisor response was he can't tell us how to do our job. The staff is rude, they transfer you without telling you who you are going to speak with and places you on hold without finding out if you can hold.. They just don't know how to treat their patients. They act you are getting on their nerves or you are causing them an inconvenience. My attorney called to verify where to send payment they wouldn’t speak with him. Dr. Naduad himself has good bedside manners, explains what he is going to do well to your understanding

I would not recommend this doctor for several reasons: had surgery at the center his practice uses and they charged me $2000 more than the written estimate. Other issues: This Dr seems unaware of what things cost- eg: he sent me to PT for postop foot surgery, $500 for 1 visit. The Dr's office could have given me a sheet of these simple exercises. A pain cream compound he prescribed thru a pharmacy he insisted I use costed $200 for a small tube. They DR should inform a patient exactly what type/ brand of foot wear to purchase post surgery. I had to purchase 2 different sizes of shoes due to normal post op swelling, but was told after wearing the shoes that they "didn't give me enough support". Got another invoice from the surgery center for a charge I did'nt understand and was told to ask the Dr.about the reason for the charge. Dr "who told you to ask me about billing?" He told me he didn't make any $ on my surgery - told me "have a nice summer" which I guess means don't come back?

I had foot surgery which went fine. During my 5 weekly follow up visits, I have seen the actual Dr. (Nadaud) just one time, and he gave my foot a quick look. You'll be dealing with a Nurse or Practioner after surgery, rarely seeing this Dr. The office 3 times called to re-schedule appointments due to their errors, which is very difficult when you need to have someone else drive you. Research and ask questions about your condition. This office is so busy - the appointments take 1-2 hours for post op, the waiting room is cramped with blaring TV, and above all - they have made numerous billing errors to my insurance company. Would NOT recommend!
