My Partner of 81 years old had a referral with Dr.Fabrizio.
after waiting more than 45 minutes his Technician Briana (blond) in a rude way told to him to "come this way".
I asked to her to say please, her answer was "I DID'T KNOW I HAVE TO BEG"
we asked for a supervisor . after waiting for s while I came out of the room only to see 4 people conferencing the doctor was one of them, then a supervisor came to hear our side of the story , only to tell us that Dr. Fabrizo does not want to see her. we asked her to see him so he can hear our side of the story. she came back to tell us that he does not want to hear our complain. that is not just unprofessional, humiliations, and too bad there is no accountability .

He is absolutely great. I have glaucoma, and he really cares and explains things very well in detail. Details such as how the medication works and how glaucoma manifests itself are all important. He even gave me a recommendation as to what to look for when searching for a general practitioner. I feel like he goes above and beyond.
