Great Doctor. I have been a patient for 25 yrs and have no complaints.Yes at times you may have to wait ,however I've always found him very attentive and most willing to address any health issues.

Seems like 1 patient keeps righting the same BS. I've been a patient since the late 90's in vaughan. He always takes the time to thoroughly check and ask questions. Helped my through crohns early on and continues to follow up. The problem with these types of site is anonymity. Is he perfect no sometimes you wait a bit, but it's a teaching facility and some times appt are avail, buy clinic. Would you rather a walk in clinic? Maybe Dr Paul should fire the idiot patient posting nonsense

He lost his people skills a long time ago. He does the typical hand shake in the beginning, big deal! Other then that he's rude, very judgemental, and doesn't listen to
his patients anymore. He was a better doctor when he was in Vaughan

Dr Cantarutti is always a welcoming, knowledgeable, and thorough professional. Recently, I have noticed a change in his front-line staff. Requests for appointments are abruptly disregarded. They insist that the nurse practitioner does "exactly the same thing as a doctor," even though a previous visit with the nurse practitioner included her leaving the room multiple times to ask someone else, as well as her pulling out a reference book to read a possible diagnosis. My pharmacy sent multiple faxes to the office for a prescription refill, which were never acknowledged. When I called to find out what happened, without even looking further into the possibility that *maybe* it got overlooked, the secretary rudely dismissed me and vehemently claimed that there was no way they got the fax. Without checking. So, just to make arrangements to refill a prescription, I had to call the office, call the pharmacy multiple times, and actually drive to the pharmacy to make sure they were indeed faxing the request.

Is it really that difficult to speak to patients professionally?

Dr. Cantarutti has to be the most genuine and compassionate doctor I've ever had. I couldn't imagine going to any other doctor.

Very rude and arrogant!!! Should be retiring! Not sure why he's still practicing when he doesn't care about his patients,
