Today as I reflect about what I am grateful for, I think of Dr. Bob Karabatsos. I can’t say enough about this great doctor who performed my knee replacement last January 2019. It was a very challenging time for me being 53 and needing a new knee. I was In good hands with this man. I would highly recommend this incredible orthopaedic surgeon . I just can’t say enough about him and his care.

I had Dr. Karabatsos do a total hip replacement on me in March 2019 and within a few day I was up and walking. Within one month I was back at work. I was totally impressed by the professionalism Dr. Karabatsos and extremely happy with the surgery he performed. The nurses at Brampton Civic Hospital were fantastic and when they changed the bandages they were impressed with the neatness of the surgery and the placing of the metal sutures. I have very little scarring. Within a couple of months I have become completely mobile as far as my hip is concerned, have next to no pain and am glad I had the operation done by such a knowledge and talented Physician.

I was fortunate to have Dr Karabatsos as the surgeon for my 2 total hip replacements in 2018. He was reassuring and kind before and after both surgeries. His office administrator Fiona is very friendly and made me feel that she genuinely cared about the pain I was dealing with. After two years of excruciating pain and deteriorating hip joints it was a relief to meet Dr Bob and feel that my life and health was going to improve. I recently had my one year follow up and told Dr Karabatsos that I am truly grateful because the surgeries have made a huge improvement to my life. If anyone is trying to decide if they should have hip replacement surgery I strongly recommend seeing Dr Karabatsos.

I was sent to Dr.Karabatsos for an assessment from a car accident I was involved in. Dr.Karabatsos listened to my concerns and was compassionate to the pain I suffer from. Dr.Karabatsos was alway on time, he took notes, he was clear to understand and very thorough in his assessment. I would definitely recommend Dr.Karabatsos for not only his knowledge but also for his compassion during this terrible time for me. Greatly appreciated.

Had total right hip replacement surgery at Brampton Civic Hospital in November 2018. Healed quickly, no more pain. Dr. Bob, his secretary, and hospital staff were very professional and I thank them for a job well done.

Had my left hip replaced at Brampton Civic Hospital in December 2018. Dr. Bob and the nursing staff did an outstanding job in making this experience far less stressful and painful than I expected. After 6 weeks I am walking with no pain or limp. Great job Dr. Bob and the staff at Brampton Civic Hospital.

Dr. Bob is the man! Had ACL and Meniscal Reconstruction in September, and I have been able to work full time again since December. I believe Dr. Bob did a great job as I have nearly no pain at all. I am confident in the next coming months it will get even better and I will be able to play sports again. Dr. Bob is a truly gifted healer. He is knowledgeable, and pleasant. Thank you for all the work you have done for the people of this community!

Had total Knee Replacement last January the Dr. and his staff were very helpful all the through the process a few monthhs later I danced all night at my sons wedding. After 5 years I'm finally pain free and walking 6km. every night after dinner and as much as 20 or 25 km on some day trips he know's what needs to be done and does it if I need anything in the future Dr. Karabatsos will be my first call.
