Dr is fantastic. BUT, originally seen in January, now it is March and NO call-back, left 5+ messages, visited the office personally and was told the office would call that day. Five days later, NO CALL. TRIED TO REACH OFFICE - w/no luck, only got answering service. Would really like someone at the office to contact me. Good doctors, like Levine, hard to find."

This pain clinic is a money-sucking insurance mill. My first appointment, I made it clear - no pain medication. I've been suffering from sciatica for 6 years and finally have affordable insurance to get help. I asked for a steroid injection. They sent me for an MRI. Next appointment was a complete rip-off because they took my money at the front desk, then said they couldn't help me because the results of the MRI had not been sent to them. At the next appointment, after paying of course, I was put in line for an injection. Yes, he'd gotten the results of the MRI. But he didn't read it. Instead, he poked my leg here and there till I said, "Ouch!" then injected me in that spot claiming I had bursitis. The shot did no good at all because my problem is a pinched nerve in my back. He would have known that if he'd read the MRI! I tried to talk with him but he just walked out of the room. He is the rudest doctor I've ever met though his nurses were nice. But treatment there is just a game. They string you along collecting your co-pays and draining your insurance. The more often you go back, the more money they make. They're not in business to help you.

Wrote my script which I could not cash because a prior authorization was needed. His office refuses to do prior authorizations but won't tell you that until it is too late. I asked for a different script and they said to wait over two weeks and pay another fifty bucks for another appointment. Considering they had me dependent on morphine I would have been in withdrawl. Then they said there were no doctors, PA's or managers in the office despite people walking out with scripts. Either they lied or someone is illegally faking the doctors signature. They do not care about their patients and are just trying to grab as much cash as they can as quickly as they can. Considering they also own a pharmacy I must ask if that too isn't a breach of medical ethics? I have even had other medical professionals ask why I would even consider going to such a terrible place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levine for many years. Thanks to him and his staff I am able live a life almost pain free. He gives me options and educates me on my condition. He does not run a "pill mill" so if that what you are looking for he is not for you.

The staff is great - the doctor - not so much. I didn't even know what he looked like for the first two years I was a patient. If he needed to do a procedure on my back, I was lying face down on the table when he came in. The NP/PA's are very nice and always have my prescriptions ready before I arrive. The paperwork is always done correctly & the billing department makes sure they get their money. I know the state of Florida has passed many new laws that require pain management offices to jump thru paperwork hoops, but I've been seeing this doc for years & the only thing that has changed is now the doctor walks into the room, asks if there have been any changes & leaves - total time 30 seconds. Bill to insurance company $295

This doctor spends almost no time with his patients. He and his staff are rude and/or unhelpful when my 87 year old mother needs help.

This office is the most unprofessional I've ever seen. Seems to be the fat food of pain management. The front office staff was pleasant though hurried. The nursing staff adequate. The Doctor treated me as if I were a piece of meat. The billing department was extremely rude (my account paid in full).

Very unprofessional - beware - they treat you with little respect and see you only for the money. When they have treated you with the high priced procedures, they will drop you and leave you with no meds and with the hell of withdrawel. Very rude, uncaring, cold, and arrogant.
