Seems that profitability is the priority and with that patient care goes out the window. Punctuality is an issue, seems that maybe over scheduling is the cause. Unprofessional attitude by saying to another patient “sorry, I have to take care of a patient who is freaking out” . That was untrue I was calm but since the front-end trainee was having difficulty removing the temporary I needed more pain relief and then a dental technician was able to remove the temporary. Yes I was anxious about a trainee who did not have the skills necessary to undertake this procedure, it should have been handled by a dental technician! In my opinion making comments about one patient to another patient is totally unprofessional. When we started going to this dentist we were pleased but over time patient care and scheduling has gone downhill.

I had just a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was kind, caring and patient. I will never go to another dental office! Thank you for turning a dental phobic into someone who actually enjoys going to the dentist!

They are supposed to call two days before to confirm appt I did not get this call,though the employee says she called and left a message that did not show up in my voicemail.The next day they called while I was in class left a message to call by noon-which I did not get until 3:45 I called them back and they had already canceled my appt and given it to someone else. I find it unprofessional to expect a call back within several hours in the middle of a workday.The only consolation they could offer was to reschedule me for 20 days later.If I agreed to this my appt would have been delayed almost 2 months from when I originally tried to schedule it. The policy is an efficient idea taken to a totalitarian extreme. It seems that when a medical office strives for 100% efficient time use the compassion and flexibility goes out the window. I'm sure that this policy is great for the profit of the business but has been a disappointment for this customer who thought I had my dentist for life.
