One of the best doctor for chron’s, and all stomach problems. Dr. Pritchett gave my life back. Amazing doctor

Have been seeing Dr Pritchett for 20 years…. He is amazing !! Very professional, great bedside manner… having colonoscopies & endoscopies regularly, I have never had any problems…he also sees you in his office for follow ups …I would highly recommend him for any gastrointestinal issues…👍👍👍👍👍

My previous Gastroenterologist retired and I was very apprehensive about my procedure with a new doctor. Dr. Pritchett however exceeded all my expectations! His bedside manners, his knowledge and his explanations were excellent. His office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Dr. Pritchett!!!

Just had a colonoscopy at BGH - very impressed with Dr. Pritchett and the staff in both the procedure room and the preparation room. Dr Pritchett showed great bedside manners and explained the results before I left. The nurses were also very pleasant and kind.

Dr. Pritchett is a wonderful doctor with a warm and kind bedside manner. My experience having this colonoscopy was very different from the ones I’d had in Mississauga. I felt like a person who mattered from the moment I entered Picton Hospital to when Dr. Pritchett himself came in to give me my results. HIs admin person was very helpful and obliging.

Just had a colonoscopy/gastroscopy at BGH - very impressed with Dr. Pritchett and the staff in the procedure room and in the preparation room. Friendly, very professional and very kind - each and every one of them. They all deserve a round of applause during these trying times - that includes all the staff at BHG.

I can not say enough good words to describe Dr. Pritchett. Personable, compassionate, funny (important to calm nerves of procedures), genuine and authentically present. His STAFF on the other hand does NOT return calls (3 days in a row and said urgent re a form override to my drug benefits plan and if this is not addressed, I could lose 438.00 for a drug recommended, because the substitute drug interacts with my present medications. I had the same issue the last time I phoned. She called my doctor and said she called me 3 times and I did not answer. I called back for 4 days and NO answer. She called me ONE time, it is on my call display. As I said, I would recommend Dr. Pritchett above and beyond, but it is a hopeless situation when you can NOT get a returned call, especially when time is of the essence. Her answering machine says "within 24 hours" - tomorrow will be the 3rd day, with no returned call. I will call my family doctor tomorrow to get this communication with Dr. Pritchett, and his office, resolved. I left a detailed message saying it was urgent (that my benefits company needs this form to be filled out by Dr. Pritchett, is waiting for me to call them back AFTER I speak to his office, and my concern is tomorrow is Friday and it will have been 6 days (if she calls me!) before I can respond to my benefits insurance company, who will likely not feel this is too urgent to override if they get a return call a week later. I dearly wish there was a staff to match Dr. Pritchett's incredible manner and professionalism and personability. 10 for Dr. Pritchett and 1 (that is being generous) for his secretary.

Referred almost 6 months ago, have never heard from the office. I tried calling no one answers the phone, calls are not returned. It wasn't like this 7 years ago when I initially saw him for a consult.
