I saw Dr Cranston in Whistler. The clinic was very busy but he took the time to accurately diagnose me and treat me. I also overheard him talking to other patients - hard not to with curtains for walls - and he explains himself and treats people respectfully. Great guy.

My adult daughter and I have both recieved help with superb followup from Dr Cranston. My daughter came back from Thailand having been very ill and Dr C( who was covering for Dr Read) was absolutely amazing. We have spoken of him again and again..along with the excellent care I got from Dr Read . We still talk about how much we appreciated their care at Diamond Head!

Dr.James Cranston was the worst doctor I have ever had. He never helped me or my son at all. He instead made my life 100% worse. I believe that he should have lost his practice 10 years ago. He should never be left alone with any patient in his room. He is not at all trustworthy. Horrible man. I wish him all the worst.

I’ve been seeing Dr Cranston for the past decade and couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Took the time to get to know me and help tailor my treatments and recovers around my lifestyle. Was really helpful with my emotional care as well when my brother suddenly died. Very appreciative of all his time and knowledge.

If only all Dr.s were as helpful, approachable and helpful as Dr Cranston. He is easy to talk with, seems genuinely concerned and helpful. Grateful to have him as my Dr.
