Needs more parking. Way too small for staff and family to park. There is room at back for more parking. Utilize space. Get better rating.

Need more care staff and better housekeepers. Staff should be speakung English and not their own languages. Care staff do their best with what they are given and time. More care aides needed to give a higher quality of care. Nurses need to be more hands on instead of being their own task orientated.

Staff are amazing, very helpful and always do their best with what they have. Sad sometimes as they are understaffed but still still willing to give their all. Communication is getting better with new management. Residents are taken care of and treated with respect and kindness. Overall facility is well-managed.

Nice new building , poor lay out for staff and residents. Staff are excellent but the care of the residents are not being met due to staff to resident ratio being poor. The staff work with what they have and love the residents like family.

Hilltop House is understaffed. Communication is appalling. Records are not detailed, medications aren't always written down, and mistakes are covered up. Basic needs, such as hydration are not being met. This is task-oriented, not resident-oriented care.

Hilltop house is very clean facility. They do not provide even basic care for the residents. The staff ratio and nurse ratio is not enough for basic care of the residents. It is sad when seniors are treated this way in the end stage of their life. All because there is no money to have more staff to give the seniors basic care.
