I have had chronic ear problems my whole life. I have NEVER been treated so poorly as I was by Dr Mori. He couldn't get me out of his office fast enough, and completely disregarded my many years of severe ear infections, sinus infections, and hearing loss (I'm a young adult and hearing loss should not be an issue for me...). He literally looked me in the eyes and said there was NOTHING he could do for me, after about 30 seconds of an appointment, and without listening to any of my concerns (which I have many....). Save yourself, go to any other doctor. I have had upwards of 5 ENT's in my life and none of them have been this bad. I have also never left a review, but felt compelled to as this was the worst appointment of my life. I will never go back there again.

My meeting with Dr Mori was insulting. When he saw that my GP had diagnosed BPPV he demonstrated a complete lack of interest and couldn’t usher me out fast enough. I told my GP that Dr Mori was rude and she said she hears that a lot. (Why refer me to him then???) Since then I have been referred to Dr Margaret Aron in Burnaby and she has shown me the compassionate care I was looking for. Her tests revealed that my BPPV was complicated by vestibular migraines and treating them has helped my BPPV very much. Dr Mori isn’t interested in BPPV. He needs to change his advertising to reflect this so he can stop taking money seeing patients for conditions he won’t touch. I’m so disgusted by the way he treats people with BPPV. Stop taking those referrals Mori. You’re stealing from our health care system.

Dr. Mori is and excellent specialist, he convinced me to let go of over the counter nasal spray for a prescribed spray that I now only have to use when I get a cold and am stuffed up.

Dr. Mori is very polite, approachable, and thorough.
I would highly recommend him as an ENT specialist.
The front desk staff was also very respectful and kind.

Firstly this office’s booking staff are rude and dismissive. 🙁
Then, with years of difficulty with tinnitus due to a head injury I went to see Dr Mori in place of the retired ENT I had seen before.
Dr Mori barely spoke with me and did not examine my ears or anything. One of his assistants performed a hearing exam and I had to wait months for the results. He based his report without looking back to compare my file with Dr Dicksons which was the whole reason for the appointment! In order to confirm that the present situation is different then the previous one.
I believe his report is inaccurate, how could it be without comparing, discussing with and examining me? When I met with him for the results he was curt and unhelpful. This has gravely affected my situation and interfered with my recovery. I thought doctors were supposed to help their patients…? Unbelievable!
I wish to warn others in advance. You may be better off going elsewhere.

Failed to prepare prior to my appointment. Performed check-up already done by family doctor. Waited 4 months for appointment & sent standard letter to bring my PHN & list of medications. Why PHN when I was referred by doctor? First question he asked, whether I brought my hearing test results. Isn’t that part of clinical case management? Should have conferred with my doctor & got results. If not, should have asked me to bring the results. Fifty minutes to drive for a useless 5 minute appt with him! It is a waste of my time & medical resources to go for a hearing test when it is barely 4 months since. There will not be a significant change. Add to that his billing time for my appointment!
