Dr. Mori, he is kind, straight to the point and knowledgeable about all things ENT related. He will be straight with you and tell you whats going on. I’m comfortable and trust him when it comes to helping me with my ears problems. Would recommend him 10/10. Thank you Dr. Mori, may you continue being blessed

I travelled here from the Okanagan after my family doctor referral me to see Dr Mori. At first impression he was happy to take any questions as I'm a nervous person with my ears issues. After speaking to Dr Mori I was so impressed by his passion but also straight to the point. I knew I was going to be look after well. He also got me fitted for better hearing aids. What a difference. Not sure why more doctors can’t just get to the point and help fit the problem. I would 100% recommend him.

Just had my ear surgery (stapedotomy) and I had a fantastic result. The wait list to see him and for surgery we’re long, but it was definitely worth the wait!

Long wait even with an appointment. Staff at reception are rude and could not care less about patients. Phone is always “busy” so no one can get through. Doctor spends minimal time and does not answer questions as he “ has other patients waiting”.

I have been seeing Dr. Mori for a few years now for ETD issues. I have always found him to be very knowledgeable, empathic, compassionate and caring. He does not pressure you to do anything you don’t want to do and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I have received about 5 ear tubes - with the last being just yesterday. Staff are pleasant and have been accommodating when I have had issues. I think if staff know you well they are more approachable. Dr. Mori has helped restore my hearing and continues to monitor me regularly. His exact comments too me the day we met was “We are going to be best friends...” (lol). He wasn’t kidding . I am surprised by the negative feedback given as this has not been my experience what’s-so-ever. Thank you Dr. Mori for looking after my hearing so well.

I’ve had 2 surgeries on my ears already. Now I’m having problems hearing again. He looked inside my ear said I was fine and sent me on my way despite the fact I failed the hearing test. I’m getting in trouble at work for not being able to hear orders. Just arrogant. Ask for a different doctor.

Had an ear infection for two years and he helped get rid of it in two weeks. HOOORAY!
