i had an operation done down there. circumcision you know. it was at his recommendation, and he insists as a good thing. the thing is, with this type of seriousness and performing an operation at your most familiest jewels, a good doctor should tell you the risks or atleast its the law that he should warn you before performing. but instead i was more a victim to a salesperson. its been almost 7 years from the operation, successful? circumcision was successful but it also led to to lose my total ability to maintain an erection. how do i know this wasn't an effect of my owns fault? because erectile dysfunction was apparent as soon as my surgery was healed. i also had a loss of sensitivity, which i thought was normal and would return as soon as im more used to it. well 3 years down the road, i still had not recovered. i went back to him to discuss this, but he was very unhelpful and first thing he did was claim his innocence. would write more but im at max letters. dont go to him!be warned

I was fortunate to have had Dr Young-Chi Woo as my attending Doctor at the Burnaby General Hospital when I was brought in by ambulance and was very ill. Dr Woo insisted I go to surgery immediately where a stent was used for an infected kidney. At this time I had severe sepsis infection. If it was not for the decision made by Dr Woo to take me to surgery right away I would not have made the night and died. I give him full credit for saving my life and think he is a great Doctor who fights for the rights of his patients. Thank-you Dr. Woo for insisting on surgery when you did. You saved my life. Dr.Woo is very helpful and knowledgeable in his field. He walked me through my operation and was very professional. He tooj the time to talk to me before and after my surgery. I was impressed. The doctors can obly help you if you ate willing to work with them.

If I read the first two comments, I would have never had my surgery by this doctor. I visited his office several times. He did everything in a very quick manner. I was unhappy but I thought he knew what he's doing, as he should have many years experience. I thought I could trust him. But I was VERY VERY wrong. As it was said in the second comment - he is just careless. The surgery didn't help me by any measure, it ONLY brought me pain. I revisited his office. He had no explanation. And, as a doctor, he didn't care if the surgery helped me or not at all. All he did was just to make sure 'not infected'.

Have been to this doctor several times; he was always helpful and considerate with a sense of humor. He performed a cystoscopy on me without discomfort, this means passing a tube up my urinary canal to the bladder. My brother said that with his doctor, cystoscopy was grim,grim.

I feel exactly what the last guys review feel. Woo is a retard, a moron, unprofessional and inconsiderate.  He is very careless doctor.  I don't know how he became a doctor, but I think I would have been a better one.  I will definitely switch to another specialist of you want ro live longer and healthier.

Switched from an unfeeling Doctor to this guy.Taking two flow-max a day getting up twice in the night not too bad.But all of a sudden started getting a lot of pain in the testicles, and started urinating constantly. Went to walk in clinic Doctor figured I had bladder infection which is possible.Had appointment with urologist today I tried to tell him what was happening and all he could say was that was not possible and then he asked how much water I was drinking I told him three to four glass's a day passing at least two liters a day. This idiot tells me he wants me to keep a record of how many times I go, and how much water I pass,are you kidding I asked to which this idiot says well if you do not cooperate then I cannot help you.Help me are you kidding its bad enough having a pain in the nuts and pissing all the time I AM NOT KEEPING RECORDS FOR YOU SO YOU GET MORE VISITS OUT OF ME MORON.
