I have been going to this dr. for over 16 years and Sue the receptionist is absolutely the BEST! She always books me in to times that work for me, first thing in the morning. You always have to wait at least 30 minutes for the doctor regardless of appointment time. She is very thorough but I feel a bit overwhelmed with all of the patients she has on her plate.

She's too dismissive and doesn't like to investigate in detail. There's no way to reschedule an appointment, I left several messages asking to reschedule but wasn't able to. Ultimately I had to ensure rest everything waited while I showed up to the appt. I told her how much I was struggling with losing weight and how I had tried everything under the sun to get the weight to budge, yet she said "try to eat healthy and exercise". Like are you even listening? I cancelled the follow up appointment as she is just gonna waste my time. Put me on metformin for weight loss even tho I don't have PCOS or insulin issues or diabetes or any cysts. She just wanted to shut me down and I'm not wasting my time with such a half assed doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Piersanti for over ten years. She is an excellent doctor; kind, professional and knowledgeable. I feel very grateful that I am in her care. I see that there are some negative comments regarding her receptionist and would like to mention that I can't disagree more. Sue is very pleasant, always returns calls promptly and follows through on anything needed. The only thing stopping me from giving a perfect rating is there is often a delay in the waiting room. I put this down to the fact that Dr Piersanti is thorough and never rushes her patients.

Dr Piersanti was very kind and helpful. Her secretary was very professional and kind. It takes some time to reach but she will also call you back.

Dr Piersanti is a great professional , however, she has terrible secretary which put down her professionalism; it’s sad to see she is unable to manage her business properly, I mean, watching what her secretary does with her patients. Dr Piersanti will help you on the first visit, on the second visit, however, you will suffer at the end for the horrible secretary, she never won’t answer the phone, and in person she is rude, so, I tell you it is not worth to see this specialist.

I have been in Dr. Piersanti's care for over five years and I am very happy with the way she's helping me manage my condition. She's up to date with the research, and she is willing to answer all the questions I have had so far (and I had plenty) with patience and professionalism; you can trust Dr. Piersanti knows your history. I also understand that experiences may be perceived subjectively, but mine has always been great with Dr. Piersanti's secretary. It's true that it's not always easy to get through, but when I do I usually solve my request quickly, and the face to face interactions have always been pleasant and productive. All in all, a great experience.

I haven't seen this doctor yet, but I'm literally waiting 4 months to see her. 4 months. Her secretary is horrible. I've been trying to call her almost everyday and she does not answer. She better be a good doctor, and hopefully, my condition doesn't get worse before I see her. Why is there such a shortage on specialists like this.
