We went to her office once and were pressured into give a credit card for automatic withdrawal after six months. She said she would contact us first before withdrawing the money but she didn't. She first said she would issue credit but then brought up the fact that we signed a contract that we weren't given a copy of so she would not return our money. For the money, all she does is write prescriptions for hormones and blood work about every couple months and email or talk on the phone. There are no office visits except for the first consult. Her emails are not consistent as she says one thing in one email and differs in the next email. For no longer requiring her services, she states to have it in writing. I sent the letter return receipt requested and she wouldn't even pick up her certified mail from the PO. The PO attempted delivery twice so evidentily she is never at her office.
