My visits to Dr. Burks office have honestly been the best experiences that I've ever had at a dentist's office. Dr. Burks and his entire staff, from Holly, in the office, to his assistant, Jan, and the ladies at reception, all contribute in providing this top notch experience. From the moment that you walk into their beautiful and comfortable, office waiting area, you are welcomed by the friendliest staff, who treat you like family. And when you leave your appointment, you know that you've received the highest level of professional service in an impressive, state of the art facility. Dr. Burks is truly the best dentist that I've been to, and I've been to many. He's very professional, caring, gentle and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time he took in listening to my concerns, answering my questions and in applying his skillful dental technique. Holly, the practice coordinator, is so wonderful and kind. I am so thankful for all of her helpfulness in making sure that my questions regarding payment were answered. She really went out of her way to accommodate and I truly appreciate it. Jan, the dental assistant, is so great at what she does and I really appreciate how completely comfortable she made me feel in the dentist's chair. She is very friendly, professional and skilled. This is the best dentist or doctor's office I have ever been to. The front desk ladies are very friendly and always welcoming. When I had to cancel an appointment due to my sister having surgery, the next time I came in they immediately asked me how she was recovering. My hygenist (Carrie) is very gentle and friendly as well. Dr. Burks tops off the whole experience with a professional and helpful attitude. I highly recommend trying Dr. Burks out if you live in the area.
