Very professional and responsive. Has good answers for questions. Great office staff. Completely supportive of financial concerns for glasses expense. New location is quiet and comfortable.

I saw Dr Fitzpatrick for the first time because my optometrist of 44 years is retiring. I found him to be very down to earth and very helpful. I didn't feel like I was "bothering" him by asking him questions which he took the time to answer even though he was very busy. His office and the reception area are very clean and his receptionist is very friendly.

Have been under Dr. Fitzpatricks care for years now. Right away, one of the first things to note is how down to earth of a person he is. Very direct and concise. Also had no qualms about selling in-office. Handed me my prescription to do what I wanted. Didn’t even have to ask. I have purchased contacts and glasses though from his offices. He stalks very current styles and brands. I have been wearing glasses since I was two years old, my prescription is significant and my glasses were getting to be over $1000 a pair(not at his office) if I wanted a more expensive frame. I had found a pair online that I liked and he was happy to provide me with measurements for the glasses I had picked. When the online company contacted me about my measurements, they wanted to know how I got the measurements so exact? They were perfect for that style of glasses and my face. I was happy to tell them that my optometrist is so forward thinking and progressive that he helped me. They were shocked. Kingston’s best optometrist, five stars all around!

Dr FitzPatrick was OK but the staff is not. They still use paper instead of entering your information on the computer. Every inch of any surface area is cluttered with junk which is the result of bad organizational skills. The carpet and décor was outdated decades ago. I will never return.

Dr FitzPatrick is THE BEST!!! Was in Belleville for work and he accomodated me even though im not a patient. So kind and generous with his time.
