Dr. Reddy is the most unhelpful doctor I have ever seen. I went in with a serious allergic reaction and she told me that it was just eczema. I've had eczema my whole life, and this was nothing like the regular eczema I get. I tried to explain this to her and tell her what the allergic reaction might be from, but she seemed so rushed to get me out of there, she wouldn't even listen. She honestly spent less than 5 minutes with me, gave me an eczema prescription, told me to use Jergens, and sent me on my way. Her prescription has been no help at all, and Jergens only gave me actual eczema. I am still left with a rash and am so itchy I cannot sleep. Never have I experienced such terrible medical service - I will not be returning.

This doctor seemed rude, rushed, and wouldn't let me finish an entire sentence. She also did not seem very knowledgeable about what was being discussed. What ever happened to doctors that actually care about their patients?

Staff was not eager to help me get my appointments scheduled. Rather chat on the phone or with each other than help the patient! Although this fill-in doctor was on time, she was just as eager to leave. She did not take the time to properly diagnose my concern. When asked about another concern that may be linked, I was told to schedule another appointment. She was rushing to see more patients rather than listening to what I had to say. She did not know her own staff and looked lost in the clinic. Not very professional. This is by far the worst doctor I have seen in my life and do not recommend her at all.
