Dr. Beau Hightower is one of the best chiropractors I have had the pleasure of knowing and sending my personal patients to in the South Florida area. I feel brand new, very thorough team. They knew exactly what I was dealing with, I had a really stiff and sore neck after doing some calisthenics (shoulder mount) and I had felt locked up for months. I came to them told them what was going on. They did such a thorough job I left like nothing ever happened. Could finally move my neck around and months later still no issues. Can’t wait to stop by again soon.

5k trail run today. 6 months ago completely hobbled. Sean Plake spent a ton of time with men and stayed patient until he found the right rehab for my injuries. I was incredibly impressed with the amount of time and attention from both Sean and Dr Hightower. Affordable, punctual, professional .

Saw Dr. Hightower for some chronic discomfort and tightness in my hip/lower back areas due to an injury years ago... As an MD, I was very impressed with his knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and how quickly and accurately he was able to diagnose what was going on. I also was amazed by how much time he spent working on me, directly providing the therapy to rehab that injury. Thanks to Dr. H. and his team I have been able to resume prior activities that I thought were lost to me due to getting older, and to just have less pain in general. Thank you!!

Dr. Beau Hightower is a great listener and has used his impressive knowledge of anatomy to solve my very unique problems. I came to him struggling to walk and drive my car after seeing doctors and other chiropractors for many months. No one knew what was wrong or how to help! However, Dr. Hightower listened to my story and was able to get my legs working again! He was able to solve an issue that no one else could. I started seeing pat about three years ago. Last year I moved to San Diego and had to look for a new muscle doctor. After trying countless therapists who had been recommended or had great reviews online I eventually gave up on trying to find someone who could heal me even close to the way Pat does. Now every time I come back into town I make sure to visit Pat for a couple visits while I’m here. The amount of healing I get from Pat is more than I would get from multiple visits with a massage therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or naturopathic doctor from somewhere outside of Elite OSM. I know because I have tried many well reviewed others and Pat’s ability to heal is unlike anything I have found in other clinics. I am extremely grateful that I have someone who can heal me the way Pat does.

Dr. Hightower and the staff at Elite OSM are amazing. I’ve been to so many places, large and small, and have never gotten the quality of care and compassion that Elite OSM offers. The tools they use and the knowledge they have makes all the difference. I’ve never experienced pain relief or any other positive results from any of the many chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, etc., etc., etc. that I’ve seen over the past 5+ years, until now. I have been suffering with pain on my neck and shoulder for the last year-and-a-half. After my first visit with Dr. Hightower I felt 50% better and after my treatment that followed I am pain free!!!
