Dr. Chow is a wonderful eye doctor. I went to him when I was having a lot of eye problems due to some cosmetic surgical procedures done to my eyes by another doctor. He not only managed to fix my eyes but when I had him do an eye exam for glasses and contacts, I found I could see better than I ever had. I sent my husband to him who also said he sees better. His staff is very pleasant and cheerful and so is Dr. Chow. He's most helpful, extremely knowledgable, and goes the extra mile for his patients.

He charged the insurance company over $500 for a routine exam. Highway robbery. Then, I had to go back three times to correct a bad eyeglasses description. That's an expensive bunch of mistakes. Finally, after three tries, I went to a second doctor who said the prescription was still wrong! After 10 years of wearing bifocals, I have never had this type of problem. He is very chatty and friendly and always in a hurry...not sure why since there was never anyone in the waiting room when I got there or left. Perhaps if he slowed down, he'd get the prescription right. I wil never ever go back to this doctor again and I would not recommend him to anyone,

Dr. Chow is a fine doctor with about the best bedside manners I've ever seen in any physician. Not only did he do the examination in a very detailed and organized way, understanding and inculcating my particular and special needs very quickly, he did so by being interested in me as a person and not just as a patient. A very good ophthalmologist with excellent people skills. How rare is that?

He didn't diagnose my eye problems correctly and prescribed various kinds of antibotics eye drops for me for about half a year, which made my problems worse. He referred me to another doctor (Nisa Patel), and she is great. It turned to be dry eye, and it did get better with right treatment.

He saw both my husband and me at the same time, ordered unnecessary tests, and prescribed glasses that were not correct. Could not have been a worse experience.

I made visit to his office and haven't felt any good, i am not sure whether he has knowledgeble. I had pain in my eye and he couln't figure out what it is, so i have to visit another doctor which turned out to be good thing.

I have seen Dr Chow for several years. Very personable, affable, listens to what you have to say. He dedicates alot of time to the patient. I recommend to all folks to do upfront research as much as possible (for all doctor visits).

Dr. Chow is very knowledgeable and very funny. He has an interest in all his patients, so sometimes there may be a wait. It's worth it, though. You really cannot do better than Dr. Chow. As a matter of fact, I researched 5 other eye docs online, and Dr. Chow stood out as the best. I fully concur.

The wait was way too long. After that the visit was hurried with a second appointment made. The second visit of 10 minutes with just the same prescription filled for contacts this time! Could have been done in the previous visit. The second visit was charged. Insurance said some of the tests done were unnecessary. Expensive visits, all-in-all. One staff member needs to learn a few courtesies.
