First time to see Dr Teskey and after waiting for 2 hours to be seen, left very disappointed and stressed. He is definitely not interested in anything that I say. Was trying to explain my symptoms and he just cuts me off. When he asks a question, he wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence. First time I encountered a doctor like him. I find him unprofessional.

Completely disregards anything you have to say. I would ask him something and he wouldn't answer my questions at all. Also had just rushed out and didn't even tell me what I'm supposed to do with the paper he gave me. I'm honestly wondering if he's alright up there... In his head. Seems like some screws are loose. I feel uneasy knowing someone like him is a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Teskey for several years anytime I can not get in to see my family doctor. He always takes the time to listen and I have never had a bad experience with him.

Dismissive, rude, derogatory, and dangerously inattentive to patients, doesn't listen at all... speaks to patients as though they are infantile idiots then leaves the room.

I have gone to Triton on a number of occasions over the last 5 years, and have always raved about the drs and their patience and ability to make a patient (young or old) feel heard. Yesterday, I went in to have a prescription made out and ask a couple of questions regarding some information I had learned about thyroid labs. I had Dr. Teskey, who I’ve had in the past for myself and my daughters, and felt assured that I would be treated as well as in the past. Well...unfortunately, not so, and honestly, I left the office feeling extremely disappointed, dismissed and irritated. He asked what he could do for me. I had read a number of things regarding thyroid issues and the lab readings, and wanted to ask about it and see if there was something I could do about it as I have been feeling very off lately despite my numbers being “PERFECT!”
As I tried to get my questions and thoughts out, he proceeded to cut me off, and speak loudly over me, repeating the same line over and over, in some sort theatrical shtick. “It’s the NORRRMAL RANGE!!” I was very shocked at how long he went on without giving me a chance to speak. I waited until he was finished, and then calmly posed my question. I think he sensed that I was growing impatient by his behaviour, as his tone became less sarcastic or patronizing...? I was told that T3 & T4 readings have nothing to do with TSH readings. I felt extremely dismissed by the fact that I’m feeling off despite being in “THE NORRRMAL RANGE!!” The conversation then switched to focus on my lifestyle, as I have gained a lot of weight in the last year. I am the first to own my responsibility and role in maintaining my physical health, but as a doctor I expect them to know the things that people go through when their body is now cooperating with them. I expect doctors to have a level of compassion and empathy when dealing with patients, as well as an ability to be diplomatic and respectful. That is what I was raised with, and I’m not a doctor...it’s called manners, and common courtesy. I thought I would come on here to see if anyone else had had similar interactions with him, and I see now that my sentiments and experiences are echoed by other patients of his. What a shame...the very reason so many people, women especially, have a hard time seeing a doctor was exactly demonstrated by Dr. Teskey’s poor bedside manner.

Dangerously dismissive and lazy - if it's anything more than a one simple task, or a test report that tells him what to do - you're out of luck, he will run out the door. If he has to think, look into something, or actually research/diagnose (like maybe...a doctor?) He won't....go to anyone else...

I wouldn't be able to comment on his knowledge because he was the most unhelpful doctor I have ever seen. Rude and dismissive. My Dr is currently on mat leave and he obviously was not interested in someone else's patient.

Worst doctor I have ever seen!! I recently had surgery and was unable to see my family doctor so I went to a walk in clinic. What I should of done is wait to see my family doctor! I asked Dr. Teskey another question he said no more questions and quickly ran out to get my prescription he forgot to give one on my medications which I told him twice that I needed. I didn’t get the medicine I needed and now I’m going to see my family doctor. Trust me won’t walk away from this doctor run away! Super rude!!
