I am currently in treatment with Dr. Seon and can not say enough good things about her. I entered into therapy because of depression and feeling hopeless about change. Dr. Seon has a calming demeanour and has helped me tremendously! I am excited for sessions and look forward to her insights and techniques she teaches me to continue to feel stronger every day! I would recommend Dr. Seon to anyone who wants to make change. She is the best therapist I have had and wouldn't go anywhere else for help.

Dr. Seon was referred to me and I am thankful I booked and attended our sessions together. I have suffered from Anxiety for a number of years and hated taking medication for it. With the help of Dr. Seon I feel more in control of my life, fears and anxiety and no longer rely on medication. Therapy was a scary thing for me to do, but I am happier now having done it. I highly recommend her, as she is skilled, kind, caring, funny and down to earth.

Dr. Seon is one of the most caring, supportive and insightful doctors I've talked with. She always made time to see me, even when her schedule was full. I always felt listened to and understood. As a married couple, we typically have problems as all relationships do. With over 30 Years invested, it's too much to throw away as we get old together. We never thought it would come to this, we're old school and don't have any faith in Counselling, besides that, we had to get over the stigma associated to walking into this type of Doctor's Office. We're both so very glad that we overcame our phobia and idiotic thoughts as Doctor Seon made us feel normal and confident. We both look forward to our visits and having the knowledge that if we hit a rough patch she will somehow find the time for us. Thank you Doctor for all you have done for us, you saved our marriage!

I have seen several therapists throughout the past thirteen years and was never very invested in the process. I also had never felt a strong connection to any of my previous therapists. Terra has completely changed therapy for me and I now value and look forward to each and every session. She creates an environment where I feel comfortable and safe to discuss everything that goes on in my life, and I leave each session feeling empowered and better equipped to deal with difficult situations. I would strongly recommend Terra to anyone seeking therapy.

Not worth your money or your time. I paid $200 for her to tell me to keep a mental log of how I am feeling each day for the week. I felt as if I was tricked to sign their papers. I visited their office to see how they could help me, but instead I got coerced into paying $200 for nothing, even though I didn't agree to take their treatment. I did not feel comfortable there at all. They just seem they are out for your money and do not care about you. I would not recommend the Durham Psychologists clinic to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Seon. The past 18 months have been the most difficult in my life, but I made it through it with her help. I have seen other therapists in the past and they were nothing compared to Dr. Seon. I find her kind and compassionate and very supportive.

Dr.Seon saved my life. I was in such a dark place when I started seeing her. I was having suicidal and parasuicidal thoughts on a regular basis. She has helped me to develop strategies to conquer my depression and return to the real world! I consider her the best counselor I have ever worked with.

Dr. Seon has been a God send for me. She has helped me to realize that that I am not the only one with issues and has given me the self-confidence and strength to deal with my demons. I have been a patient for the past 14 Months and she has turned my life around.
