Although retired, Dr. Jane Gloor remains an indelible figure in our family's journey through parenthood. When our first son was born in 2016, we were fortunate to have Dr. Gloor as his healthcare provider. Our initial visit to her clinic was filled with a multitude of questions as first-time parents, yet Dr. Gloor greeted us with a warm smile and patiently listened to each inquiry, despite undoubtedly having heard them countless times before.

Her thoughtful explanations and thorough examinations instilled in us a sense of confidence and reassurance. When our second son arrived in 2019, Dr. Gloor welcomed him into her care with the same level of warmth and expertise. Both of our sons grew to adore her, and visiting her clinic became a pleasant experience, devoid of any anxiety typically associated with medical appointments.

Dr. Gloor's dedication to her patients was evident in her approach; she never rushed our appointments, even when we felt we may be taking up too much of her time. Her genuine concern for our children's well-being extended beyond the confines of her office, and for that, we are forever grateful.

Learning of Dr. Gloor's retirement in 2022 was met with a profound sense of sadness. Initially dismissing it as a possible scam, it wasn't until months later, when attempting to schedule an appointment for our son, that the reality of her departure sunk in. Losing the opportunity to continue our relationship with her and benefit from her medical expertise was truly disheartening.

Despite this, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Gloor for her years of dedicated service and compassionate care. Her impact on our family's lives will always be remembered fondly, and we extend our warmest wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement.

Thank you, Dr. Gloor, for everything.

Perfect paediatrician, 15/10 or 150% is the most appropriate rating. She was the paediatrician for my kids while I lived in London.

Dr Gloor has been an amazing pediatrician for my son for the past 10 years. Too bad she is retiring. (2022)

Dr. Gloor took on my children as patients in 2012, and did the initial physical with each of them, and since then has never seen either one. For a while there were interns who did the physicals, but if anything serious came up, the receptionist always said it wasn't that serious and wouldn't book an appointment. My daughter began having severe panic attacks (having been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder a few years earlier) and the receptionist said she could fit her in 7 months from the day I called her. I ended up taking her to a walk-in, and for the past 5 years we've gone to that same walk-in, where the doctor is warm and kind and helpful and has been amazing. This is really terrible medical service.

Initially the care was very good. Unfortunately, in recent years it has become very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Gloor. The Office Receptionist Linda will give unsolicited medical advice, making judgement calls on whether your child's issues warrant seeing the Dr. if at all. As an R.N. and thru my experience in dealing with this individual I believe her to be a menace to the well-being of the patients and family's that attend this clinic. There have been many complaints and It is concerning that she remains in her position. We no longer attend this clinic.

Great doctor....except you can never get into see her. My child goes to the after hours clinic because we can never get an appointment. If your child is sick it doesn't seem very patient friendly to book an appointment 3 weeks later. I find it rather ridiculous to have a family doctor who is never available in emergency situations.

Dr gloor is amazing. Always helps with my concerns . When my child has blood work done she herself calls me to go over results. O have 2 special needs kiddos and if I have a problem with the school she is not afraid to fire off an email telling them what needs to be done. And the issue better be fixed. Receptionist is a little off. She always accommodates us for appts. We travel 45 minutes to London to see her. I would never stop going to this clinic.

We do not have a family doctor in London and i went to a walk-in clinic to get a referral to her office as they can very highly recommended. They do not call patients to come in for 'check-ups' and as 3+ years have passed since we have needed her office, they closed our file and now I have to go waste my time in a walk-in clinic office to get another referral! When we did use their office, Dr Gloor was knowledgeable and understanding.
