Add me to the list of poor experiences. The doctor was rude, abrupt and appeared completely disinterested in me as a patient. After the two minute rushed approintment I was turned over to the assistant to show me what runners to buy. What a joke, I wish I had checked reviews before I booked this waste of my time.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Staff were prompt with minimal waiting time so was able to get in and out in the middle of my work day. Dr. Russell was very professional and efficient. After procedure care explained and follow up appointments to ensure procedure was successful. Thank you !!!!

Initial interactions were great, Dr, listened patiently and took the time to understand my foot issue, based on which he has prescribed insoles my feet. will have an in-person meeting in another 10 days or so and see how it goes, so far very good

Had an emergency ingrown infected toe nail and Dr. Russell was able to take me the same day. Appreciated the fast assistance as was leaving the City and could not afford to put health at risk.
