The front desk receptionist can be quite negative and complains a lot including about the rest of the staff, but Dr.Northup is the most educated and knowledge physician in every medical field I ever come across. I had been seriously ill for over 7 months, had seen four other doctors in three states before I found him that could not diagnose me. He figured out in a matter of a few weeks after doing test. He is simply brilliant!! I am forever grateful to him!

He may not have the most organized staff, but he is an AMAZING Doctor! He will do everything that he can to figure out what is wrong with you! He is an amazing diagnostician. He restored my faith in Doctors and I am so glad that I found him.

the staff is courteous and on point. But getting them to call back they are slow. I have never sat in the waiting room very long.

He has asved my grandmother's life countless times thus far. He is a God-send to my family for all that he has done. He has prioritized her and her disease and has been a consistent caring individual that goes above and beyond what I've ever see or heard another docotor do for a patient. He has personalized his staff and realtionship with my family in how well they have cared for my grandmother over the last 20 years. I value his intelligence and integrity that he applys to his devotion to helping others. No words truely describe how grateful I am for his dedication to helping his patients, in particularly, my grandmother.

I became very ill was in the hospital twice for kidney failure. I saw several specialist who could not figure out wat was wrong with me and dismissed me. I felt like I was dying and I was. Dr Northup took the time to listen ran the right test and figured out I had a rare tumor that was dumping excess serotonin in my bloodstream. he got me refered to an oncologist and medicin I need. I have my life back thanks to Dr. Northup

Dr. Northup is one of the most educated, wise, and selfless doctors I have ever met! He has a great track record and after researching his education, I felt I made the best choice for my medical care. He deeply cares about all of his patients. He is personable and wonderful! I hope everyone will consider this doc if you really care about your health and well being. There is a reason he has been in practice this long! Reputation speaks for itself!

What a difference in this office! They have a new office manager and new staff as well. The staff is professional in both appearance and how they treat the patients. The doctor is great however, he still runs late sometimes. I love this office!

I am sure that he is good as a Gastroenterologist, but rather than refer my father to a specialist for his back pain, he allowed him to writhe in agony for a week without so much a seeing him in person! He prescribed no pain medications and didn't even realize that my father was unable to withstand the tests he ordered because of the pain.

he is a great doctor but his staff isnt the greatest, they lose your lab results, they can be a little more friendly to the SICK people, far as the dr being on time what do you expect he's a doctor, just needs to tighten up his staff..
