Dr. Brooks is patient and you never feel rushed. There is usually a long wait before getting back to see him. The office is outdated and unsanitary. The receptionist and both office assistants are very rude and unprofessional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brooks for @ six or seven years and have no complaints. He is kind and have a sincere interest in improving the health of his patients. His examinations are detailed, he ask questions and provide answers to my questions. The staff is courteous and respectful they are very good at scheduling appointments to fit your schedule.

Nice person. Very friendly. Was a patient for about 12 years until he dumped me because I had to go on Medicaid. Never told me he was dumping me, I called for an appointment one day and was told "no". Had been thinking of leaving anyway because he stopped using deodorant about five years ago. Literally. Had never been really impressed with his knowledge and wasn't board certified until about 5-6 years ago. But he's a very friendly and nice person and did learn more as the years went by. Will order all the tests you need and I believe he does genuinely care about your well-being and is careful about conflicting medications. Will spend all the time he needs with you. Never felt rushed. I'm not kidding about the deodorant however, it was an ongoing thing. Maybe by now he's reversed that decision. Am looking for a new Dr. now because my Dr. after Dr. Brooks, moved to California. But I will not go back to Dr. Brooks even though I now have good Insurance through Blue Cross.

Does not listen office is in a bad area and dirty. Ordered three medications I finally went to an ENT! Don't waste your time or money!!!

Dr. Brooks is fabulous takes u seriously and excellent bedside manner. His staff is courteous and helpful. I feel very at ease talking with him. your the best !
