I saw Ghaly the first time because I had been in chronic pain for 2 years and my current pain specialist was only giving me pain medication and I did not want to continue down that path (I am only 20 years old!). I was very excited when he offered a new procedure that seemed very promising. The first thing he wanted to do was take me off of my pain medication (I was currently taking 10mg oxy). After about a week the pain was unbearable so I asked for pain medication. Long story short he refused to give me the kind of medication that I knew would help with my pain. He all but came out and said he "knew" I was a drug dealer. He was extremely rude, judgmental, and I caught him in a few lies as well. I would never recommend him even to worst enemy.

I saw dr ghaley on 1-16-14 because my doctor wanted me to receive facet joint injections in my lower back. he refused to do the injections until I let him do a medial block (I already had this done by another doctor about a month and half before) I explained to him that it was very painful and did not work. he also said he was going to put me on opana instead of the Percocet I am currently taking. I told him that I know the side effects of that, and didn't want to risk them (my wife took it and had a very bad emotional experience) so he went on to morphine whish does not work for me. he told me that he was one of the best doctors in his field and he has "plenty of money, and doesn't need me as a patient" and if I don't go along, then he couldn't help me. he wanted to take away the only thing that helps, and do a procedure that caused me great pain and didn't work before he would do what my doctor wanted done. he was very rude, condescending, and arrogant. I do not recommend him.

Dr Ghaly is extremely nice and soft spoken and always has a smile. My wife and I have been seeing him for over 4 years for pain management without any complaints whatsoever. He cares very much about his patients and their welfare. He has an excellent and competent P.A. named Albert who has the same level of professionalism and care about his patients. My wife's pet name for Dr. Ghaly is "Dr. Feelgood" The staff are very friendly and competent. The office surroundings are warm and Dr Ghaly also does minor surgery and procedures with x-rays in house. We rate him 10/10
