Dr. Behen performed my stage three colon cancer surgery in 1998 and has continued to do my colonoscopies since then, with the exception of three of them, when she was not available. This included having this test every six months for five years, for a research program for a new drug. I have continued to see her on a regular basis for 15 years and always found her an excellent physician and willingly sharing information and answering questions. She is professional, knowledgable, and very helpful with all issues. I am a very strong medical advocate for myself and I always have a lot of questions. Dr. Behen was always there for me and I greatly appreciate that. She, as one of my team doctors, made a difference in my life when I most needed it.

This Dr is an expert in her field for rectal issues. Though her bed side manner could use some work and she can be some what ruff. She is strait to the point.

Would not take a dog to her. Not interested in me when problems occured after surgery. Had to go to other surgeon who was her surerior at local hospital to get descent care. A real jerk.

She screwed up my surgery which could have cost me my life, and did cost a lot of pain and suffering, and a lot of money. I do NOT reccomend her at all.
