Office manager is rude and combative. Phone calls do not get returned. They didn't inform me of an insurance denial until 2 months after the fact when they had testing results, which they are now holding ransom until my insurance company's check is in their hand. They have confirmed on the phone that my insurance company is paying the bill, but they still refuse to schedule an appointment with me. My son could be beginning a treatment plan but instead, we have to wait because Dr. Kennard wants the money literally in her hand first. I understand wanting to get paid, but this is ridiculous, and could have been prevented if they'd just read the first denial they received back in May and resubmitted the claims to the address listed on it.
