Dr. Elias and his staff gave us the positive results we had hoped for. We explored all options together and landed at IVF, after two IUI's. The Mt Kisco office is efficient and convenient. While NY office can feel very large and crowded, the pool of doctors and nurses is top notch and worth the effort.

Dr. Elias and his staff took incredible care of me as an individual patient (for insurance reasons, I briefly switched to another local practice where they were clearly, to my detriment, following a checklist). He is compassionate, easy to understand and incredibly well versed and educated in fertility treatments, using that knowledge to tailor the protocol expertly to the patient. His staff was wonderful, compassionate, and responsive both by phone and email. I cannot recommend Dr. Elias more highly and am so grateful to be growing my family thanks to him.

Dr. Rony Elias is absolutely fantastic. We started our IVF journey at Northwell and they botched our cycle. We were so discouraged until we met Dr. Elias. He is research driven and so knowledgeable. He cares about all of his patients and you are not just a number with him. His staff was awesome as well!
Our IVF cycle with him went so smooth after some health road bumps --uterine polyp, ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage, all of which he had to remove for me surgically. He is an amazing surgeon with great bedside manner.
We are finally 13 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and I am 2 months from turning 40! We have 4 healthy embryos left. He never gave up on us and always gave us hope. I would recommend him to anyone!! He is truly the best out there.

I will be forever grateful of Doctor Elias. He is very smart, straight to the point, made me feel very secure and confidence in his hands. His staff is the best. All of the nurses very kind. I will recommend Dr. Elias with anyone going through IVF. I’m currently 7 weeks with my miracle baby from my second Transfer of IVF. My respect to Dr. ELIAS AND ALL OF HIS STAFF!!!

I like to refer to him as the miracle doctor. I went to Dr Elias as my final attempt (had 2 pervious) for IVF. He came highly recommend. Sure enough it was a success for me!
