This is a review on Dr. Michael A. McHenry, MD, OrthoAtlanta, Newnan
I'm 72 years old, 28 year Army Veteran and have probably understood and noticed attitudes of doctors for over 50 plus years. Without hesitation, I can say Dr. Michael McHenry has the worst attitude of any doctor I've ever had to go to for care. He was more annoyed and aggravated about another doctor providing him information to help me than why I was in such pain and couldn't walk without losing balance. His lack of care, arrogance, cavalier attitude, and dismissive concern for my health care was alarming.
Unfortunately, it took me to long to realize Dr. McHenry didn't have any interest in my care. By the time I requested a change to another doctor; getting reevaluated, that doctor identify the problem, consulted with other physician, then, immediately ordering treatments in an attempt to save me from permanent nerve damage; it was too late. As of today (19 June 2021), it looks like I will never walk assisted or unassisted again.
I place the blame for my condition squarely on McHenry’s condescending and dismissive attitude toward my care. For anyone reading this review and you value your quality of life, stay away from this person for medical care at all cost.
