My children and my sisters kids go this practice because they take the time to explain things, are professional and see my kids the same day, when I call for a sick visit. Offices all charge fees: if you fail to cancel 24hrs before your appt., if you don 't show up, etc. All med offices and my kids' dentist does this. Quite understandable , and I have no problem with this.

They charge extra for every little thing. They never return calls. I had to change doctors in order to ge my son's results back. By far the worst clinic i've been to in my life. Horrible, stay away.
