This doctor has a horrible and rude receptionist. As the receptionist you are the face of the doctor’s office and the first person people have to encounter. If the receptionist provides terrible customer service to individuals this is a huge reflection of your office.
The doctor on the other is also not the greatest out there. He doesn’t genuinely care about his patients and their well being and quality of life. If you can see another doctor do so, there are many other doctors that actually care about helping people and providing good quality care.
If there was an option to give zero stars that would be my overall rating. I’ve read other reviews about this doctor and the receptionist and this is the same experience that my family member has encountered. I don’t understand how a doctor can still be practicing medicine if his quality of care for patients is low and not to the highest standard. It’s very sad that people put their lives and health in his hands.

This is the BEST doctor I have ever been to!!! He is smart, caring and shows concern about my problems. His receptionist is friendly, helpful and also cares about patients. The office is clean and always has nice plants and flowers to cheer us! The wait time is minimal because Dr. Tanaka is organized and efficient. Every office should treat people they way this office does!

Receptionist is rude. She also accused me of saying something i didnt. Shes unstable and gets flustered easily over nothing. She also lied to me.
